• "RADIUS-ID" refers to the digital identity created and managed through our platform.
• "Services" means all features provided by RADIUS, including but not limited to the RADIUS-ID, dashboard, and team directory.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. By registering for an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.

3. USE OF RADIUS-ID AND PUBLIC INFORMATION

1. Public Information: By signing up and adding information to your RADIUS-ID, you agree that your profile, including your name, contact details, listings, and links, may be publicly accessible on the internet.
2. Data Storage: You acknowledge that RADIUS stores this data to facilitate your use of the platform.
3. User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
4. Content Restrictions: You may not post false, misleading, or inappropriate content. RADIUS reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates our policies.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

1. RADIUS offers a subscription-based service with a 14-day free trial.
2. After the trial, you will be charged $5/month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3. Payments are processed via third-party providers, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically.
4. No refunds will be provided after a subscription charge unless required by law.

5. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
3. Upon termination, access to your RADIUS-ID and stored data may be restricted or deleted.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
3. Any content you submit (including profile information and listings) remains yours, but you grant RADIUS a license to use it for platform functionality.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. RADIUS provides services "as is" without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or performance.
2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
3. RADIUS does not guarantee increased sales, leads, or professional success by using our services.
